Removal of the dashboard

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a negative wire from the accumulator.
2. To remove a steering wheel.
3. To remove casings of a steering column.
4. To remove a combination of devices.
5. To remove the radio receiver.
6. To unscrew screws of fastening and to remove wings from the central console.
7. To remove the proofreader of light of headlights.
8. To remove an ashtray from a nest.
9. To unscrew two bolts (are specified by shooters at the left) in a nest of an ashtray and one bolt (it is specified by an arrow on the right) in a nest of installation of the radio receiver.
10. To unscrew two screws of fastening of the top part of the shelf.
11. To remove a forward part of the dashboard.
12. To unscrew four screws (are specified by shooters) fixing the heater panel.
13. To turn two brackets of fastening on a quarter of a turn, then to lower a box with fuses down from the panel.
14. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of the lever of opening of the cowl located under the panel.
15. To disconnect an electrical wiring from a rheostat of lighting of the dashboard.
16. To disconnect two main sockets (are specified by shooters) from a box with fuses.
17. To disconnect from the left and right sides of a ligament wires of a combination of devices, having marked them for the correct repeated installation.
18. To remove side forward finishing of salon from the driver and to unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings of the tire of grounding.
19. To unscrew a bolt and to remove a relay suspension bracket from the lower suspension bracket of a steering column.
20. In a back part of a motor compartment to unscrew three nuts (are specified by an arrow) fastenings of the dashboard.
21. To unscrew bolts (on one on each party) the lower fastening of the dashboard (bolts are specified by an arrow).
22. To unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of the dashboard located from two parties of the central console.
23. To unscrew the top bolt (is specified by an arrow) fastenings of the dashboard located behind elements of management of system of heating and ventilation.
24. To remove strengthening which is between the dashboard and the holder of elements of the mechanism of gear shifting.
25. To remove a speedometer drive cable.
26. To take a linking of electric wires of a combination of devices, and also management of system of heating and ventilation of salon.
27. To disconnect an electrical wiring from the stoplight switch.
28. To disconnect an electrical wiring from the lighter and illumination of an ashtray.
29. To remove the dashboard and to take it from the car through a doorway.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
For installation of the dashboard it is necessary to perform operations in the return sequence in relation to process of removal and to check whether there is sealing laying on forward intermediate elements.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a negative wire from the accumulator.
2. To remove the central console.
3. To unscrew two screws (are specified by an arrow) located at the bottom of an ashtray nest.
4. To remove the radio receiver.
5. To unscrew two screws (are specified by an arrow) fastenings from the top part of a frame of the radio receiver.
6. To remove a radio receiver frame.
7. By means of the thin screw-driver to remove a decorative plate from the top corner of a frame of central snuffled systems of ventilation and to unscrew the opened screw (it is specified by an arrow).
8. To unscrew four screws of fastening of a slip located under the control panel of heating and ventilation. Two screws are available from a forward part (the drawing at the left) and two of the lower part (the drawing on the right).
9. By means of the thin screw-driver to remove the switches located under the central nozzles of system of ventilation and heating for access to the screw of fastening of the dashboard.
10. To unscrew the screw of fastening of the dashboard.
11. To extend the panel with ventilation nozzles forward, to disconnect an electrical wiring of hours and to remove the panel with ventilation nozzles.
12. To release brackets of fastening and to turn off a carpet over pedals.
13. To disconnect three electric sockets (are specified by shooters).
14. To unscrew the screw of fastening of finishing from the driver for access to the electric socket.
15. To remove the finishing panel.
16. To release two brackets of fastening and to remove electric sockets from a suspension bracket. To disconnect electric sockets.
17. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the tire of grounding and to exempt a plait of wires from fastening brackets under the panel.
18. Under the central part of the panel to unscrew screws of fastening of side finishing of the central part of the panel.
19. To remove side finishing of the central part of the panel for access to heater air ducts.
20. To unscrew screws and to remove air ducts.
21. To remove a collar, the fixing plait of wires to a suspension bracket in the center of the panel from the driver.
22. To release the plastic brackets fixing the big block of a connector to a suspension bracket of the central part of the panel on the party of the driver then to disconnect sockets from the connector block.
23. In the same way from the passenger to release the plastic brackets fixing the connector block to a suspension bracket on a floor and to a heater.
24. To release brackets of fastening and to take a carpet from under the panel.
25. To unscrew the screw of fastening and to remove side finishing from the passenger, to release brackets of fastening and to take the electrical wiring connector block. To disconnect the socket from the connector block.
26. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the tire of grounding and to exempt a plait of wires from fastening brackets.
27. To unscrew the screw and to remove the lever of opening of a cowl.
28. To remove casings of a steering column.
29. To remove a steering column.
30. To unscrew screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings and to remove an electrical wiring connector suspension bracket on the left side of a steering column.
31. To unscrew two screws of fastening and to remove an electrical wiring connector suspension bracket on the right side of a steering column.
32. To remove a combination of devices.
33. To disconnect a wire from the stoplight switch.
34. To disconnect the main connectors of a plait of wires from the block of the connector established under the panel from the driver.
35. To unscrew the screw fixing an electrical wiring suspension bracket from the driver near a coupling pedal.
36. To take the relay from the socket in a back part of a suspension bracket of a steering column.
37. To remove the socket from a suspension bracket.
38. To remove the control panel of a heater.
39. Working in a motor compartment, to remove the lattice located before a windshield.
40. To remove a bracket of fastening of a plastic board.
41. To take a plastic board from the passenger.
42. To remove a lattice of an air inlet of a heater and to move a control unit casing aside for access to nuts of fastening of the panel.
43. To unscrew bolts (on one on each party) the lower fastening of the dashboard.
44. To unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of the dashboard located from two parties of the central console.
45. To unscrew the central top bolt of fastening of the panel located over the control unit of a heater.
46. To unscrew two back central bolts of fastening of the panel to a heater.
47. In a back part of a motor compartment to unscrew three nuts (are specified by an arrow) fastenings of the dashboard.
48. To move the panel from a partition of a motor compartment.
49. To disconnect a speedometer drive cable.
50. To take the dashboard from the car.

Installation

For installation of the dashboard it is necessary to perform operations in the return sequence in relation to removal process.
