The engine is removed from below the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the car on the stationary elevator.
2. To open a cowl and to establish it in vertical position (see rice. Opening of a cowl).
3. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
4. To remove the air filter and a casing of the air filter.
5. To lift the car.
6. To merge oil from a hydraulic contour of the hydraulic booster of steering system (in versions with the hydraulic booster).
7. To merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
8. To merge oil from the transmission and from the engine.
9. To remove the support connecting the bearing case of a half shaft to a body.
10. To weaken nuts of fastening of the intermediate bearing and to turn bolts half way.
11. To disconnect a speedometer cable from the transmission.
12. To disconnect a reception pipe from a collector.
13. To unscrew bolts of fastening of connectors of the stabilizer to levers.
14. To remove a plastic casing of the transmission.
15. To remove wheels.
16. To unscrew nuts of spherical hinges of rotary fists and to take spherical hinges, using a universal stripper or adaptation 0709.
17. To remove rotary fists and to take driving half shafts from differential.
18. To remove the intermediate bearing case of a half shaft.
19. To disconnect cooling system pipelines.
20. To remove the accumulator and its arm, and also knot of the air filter (the top and lower clips).
21. To disconnect:
      – heating hoses about a forward partition;
      – vacuum pipeline of the amplifier of brakes;
      – accelerator cable;
      – cable of blocking of the reverse gear;
      – fuel-supply lines;
      – a coupling cable (see rice. Removal of a cable of switching off of coupling);
      – connectors of the external mechanism of gear shifting;
      – the electric connections connected to the engine and the transmission;
22. In the cars equipped with the hydraulic booster of system of steering to remove:
      – driving belt of the generator;
      – pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster;
      – belt tension level, and also pipelines of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
23. In cars, with system of injection of fuel:
      – to take off pressure in fuel system and to disconnect fuel and returnable hoses;
      – to disconnect an accelerator cable;
      – to disconnect an electrical wiring of fuel system;
      – to remove vacuum hoses of the amplifier of brakes from a final collector.
24. To hook on the engine for the brackets placed since each end of a head of the block of cylinders.
25. To remove the left arm of a suspension bracket placed on the transmission (the drawing at the left), the right arm of an engine mount (the drawing on the right).
26. To take the engine from below of the car.
