3.2.11. Adjustment of the pump Roto Diesel

GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment of speed of idling of the pump Roto Diesel

1 – basic screw of the minimum speed,

5 – basic screw of idling

Adjustment of the minimum speed and behavior of the engine at a sharp otpuskaniye of a pedal of an accelerator – the pump Roto Diesel

1 – basic screw of the minimum speed,

2 – speed lever,

3 – stop lever,

4 – expense lever,

And – a plate,

In – the probe with a diameter of 3 mm

The engine has to be heated-up, draft of idling with the increased speed has to be free (J gap = 0,5–1 mm).

Adjustment of the minimum speed

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a plate (A) (see rice. Adjustment of the minimum speed and behavior of the engine at a sharp otpuskaniye of a pedal of an accelerator – the pump Roto Diesel) between the basic screw of the minimum speed and the lever of speed (2).
2. Thickness of a plate (A) has to make 3 mm (XUD 9 engine) or 2,5 mm (THAT XUD 7 engine).
3. Move the lever of a stop (3) and fix it, having inserted a core (V) with a diameter of 3 mm into an opening of the lever of an expense (4).
4. The basic screw of the minimum speed determine engine 900 speed ± 50 rpm.
5. Take a core (V) and a plate (And).

Idling adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Determine the minimum speed.
2. By means of the basic screw (5) (see rice. Adjustment of speed of idling of the pump Roto Diesel) determine the speed of the engine of 750-800 rpm.

Check of behavior of the engine at sudden release of a pedal of an accelerator

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Increase engine speed to 3000 rpm and sharply release draft of a pedal of an accelerator.
2. If the engine too quickly dumps turns and shows a tendency to a stop, then it is necessary to unscrew the basic screw of the minimum speed (1) (see rice. Adjustment of the minimum speed and behavior of the engine at a sharp otpuskaniye of a pedal of an accelerator – the pump Roto Diesel).
3. If the engine too slowly dumps turns, then it is necessary to screw in on 1/4 turns the basic screw of the minimum speed (1).
4. In both cases it is necessary to check idling turns.

Check of idling with the increased speed

Install the lever (4) in extreme situation (see rice. Adjustment of the minimum speed and behavior of the engine at a sharp otpuskaniye of a pedal of an accelerator – the pump Roto Diesel). In this situation the speed of the engine has to make 950 ± 50 rpm (are not regulated).
