PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is necessary to replace all sealing rings, a sealant and laying.
2. Oil the rubbing surfaces engine.
3. Observe the factory designations and tags executed in the course of dismantling.
4. Install a nozzle of supply of oil for cooling of pistons in THOSE XUD 7 engines.
5. Install in the block of cylinders of the engine inserts with a flute, and in covers of radical bearings – smooth inserts.
6. Establish a bent shaft and covers of radical bearings No. 3, 4 and 5.
7. Establish persistent half rings by a surface with a copper covering from a bent shaft, and then establish a cover of the radical bearing No. 2.
8. Clear the surface of connection of the block of cylinders of the engine and a cover of the bearing No. 1, removing from them all traces of lubricant.
9. Place on the block of cylinders of the engine in the top part of flutes of the bearing No. 1 a small amount of the condensing means of "Loctite Frenetanch".
10. Establish a bearing cover on the adjusted adaptation 7.0153 A1, supplied with the additional A2 elements (thickness of 0,15 mm) and by means of a bolt fix a cover to adaptation fastener.
11. Grease additional elements and fix a bearing cover so that not to deform side consolidations:
      – adaptation cover place the knot inclined on 45 ° in a nest;
      – straighten knot;
      – slowly lower;
      – fix a cover by one bolt;
      – take adaptation in the horizontal plane.
12. Tighten bolts of covers of bearings the moment of 70 Nanometers.
13. On later models for prevention of leak of oil around the main bearing of a bent shaft at repair it is necessary to use sealing means under the name "Rectijoint". Means of "Rectijoint" should be applied on the ends (1, see rice. Places of drawing means of "Rectijoint" for consolidation of the main bearing No. 1 of a bent shaft on later models of engines) the main bearing No. 1 according to earlier instructed and in bends of this bearing.
14. Check whether the bent shaft freely rotates.
15. Install on the block of cylinders of the engine from gas distribution the indicator of hour type: it is necessary to use devices 8.0110 GY and 0.0117.2.
16. Check an axial side play of a bent shaft which has to make 0,07–0,32 mm.
17. From a flywheel establish a sealing ring by means of special adaptation 7.0153 C. Before it it is necessary to oil a working surface, a nest and a ring.
18. Locks on piston rings evenly arrange on perimeter of the piston and fix knots a rod piston. Characteristic deepenings in bottoms of pistons have to be directed towards the fuel pump. Ledges of inserts of rods are installed on the same side.
19. Tighten nuts of covers of rods the moment of 50 Nanometers.
20. Check torque of the krivoshipno-conrod mechanism. It is necessary to use the dynamometer key fixed on the tip 8.0110 EZ established on cranked to a shaft on the place of a flywheel. The measured moment should not exceed 40 Nanometers.
21. Level end faces of side consolidations of a cover of the bearing No. 1 by 1 of mm concerning the surface of connection (it is necessary to use a probe edge).
22. Establish an asterisk of the drive of the oil pump together with a spline and a chain, put a sealant and a cover.
23. Establish a sealing ring with the working edges oiled, in a nest (also oiled) in a cover.
24. Establish a chain on an asterisk of the oil pump.
25. Install the pump on the block of cylinders of the engine and fix it.
26. To apply a small amount of sealing Peugeot paste on connection the block of cylinders of the engine cover and on the surface of connection.
27. Establish laying of the oil pallet, the oil pallet and screw up fastening bolts (three bolts on a cover are bolts with a cylindrical head with a six-sided nest).
28. Establish a cogwheel, screwing up the bolts covered with means "Loctite Frenetanch" the moment of 50 Nanometers.
29. Check a vystupaniye of pistons and a facet of valves.
30. Establish pushers and adjusting plates or the main adjusting plates 2,425 mm thick in a head of the block of cylinders.
31. A tap of M12x150 clean a carving in openings of the block of cylinders of the engine.
32. Turn a bent shaft so that pistons were installed in the middle of the course; the shponochny groove of a pulley has to show for nine hours.
33. Put laying of a head of the block of cylinders and a head; ledges of bolts have to be dry and are cleared of lubricant traces.
34. Insert pure bolts. These bolts under heads and on a carving have to be covered with means of "Molykote Rapid". New laying has to be put by the convex party up.
35. Screw up bolts according to the sequence shown on rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and placement of valves.
36. Check and adjust a gap of valves.
37. After a selection of eight adjusting plates it is necessary to place them on the appropriate place and to insert pushers.
38. After drawing on the working surfaces of the camshaft of means of "Molykoteg Rapid" install the camshaft in a head. Placement of the camshaft defines the sign "DIST" which has to be from the gas distribution drive.
39. Clear the surfaces of connection of a head of the block of cylinders and covers of bearings, remove from them all traces of lubricant.
40. At end faces of a head of the block of cylinders put the means of "Loctite" protecting threaded connections from spontaneous unscrewing.
41. Establish covers of bearings (No. 1 from a flywheel) and gradually tighten them until 15–17,5 Nanometers.
42. By means of adaptation 7.0153E and a bolt of fastening of a pulley establish new sealing rings of the camshaft.
43. Establish the holder of the fuel pump.
44. Establish a casing of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders of the engine.
45. Install the pump of cooling liquid together with a sealant. Bolts should be tightened the moment of 10 Nanometers.
46. Install the fuel pump and system of gas distribution.
47. Install an inlet collector in THOSE XUD 7 engines.
