Numbers of transfers are provided in black circles (AR – the reverse gear).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In a forward part of the transmission to remove the release bearing of coupling.
2. To remove a power shaft of a speedometer, having unscrewed a bolt of its fastening to a box case.
3. To place the transmission a forward part of a case on the holder of the corresponding height (at least 80 mm).
4. To remove a back part of a case, having unscrewed the corresponding bolts of fastening.
5. To remove the forelock of fastening of forks of the 5th transfer.
6. To include the 5th transfer, having moved the synchronizer plug.
7. To include the 2nd transfer for fixing of shaft of the transmission.
8. To unscrew a nut on the end of a secondary shaft.
9. To install the gear shifting mechanism in neutral situation.
10. To remove synchronizer knot from the end of a secondary shaft ("a nave - the sliding plug") the 5th transfer together with forks, without disconnecting a synchronizer nave from the sliding plug.
11. To remove a gear wheel of the 5th transfer together with a racetrack, the needle bearing and a basic lining from a secondary shaft.
12. To remove a sealing ring, a spring lining and a gear wheel of the 5th transfer from the end of a main shaft.
13. To remove two plates fixing bearings of primary and secondary shaft, having unscrewed two screws of fastening.
14. To remove a middle part of a case of the transmission, having unscrewed the corresponding bolts connecting it to a forward part of a case (a coupling case).
15. To remove an axis, the plug and a gear wheel of the reverse gear.
16. To press a finger forks of the reverse gear at height of their axis, to take an axis of forks and a fork of the reverse gear.
17. To beat out the forelock from a selector axis, to extend outside an axis and its consolidation.
18. To take a selector axis spring with two linings, and also the selector with a holder.
19. To take up from a case knots of gear wheels with both shaft, and also knot of forks with axes.
20. To remove an intermediate plate of bearings, having unscrewed the corresponding bolts connecting it to a forward part of a case (a coupling case).
21. To take the forelock and a spring of blocking of forks of a backing from a forward part of a case of the transmission.
22. To remove differential.
23. To remove knot of the lever of the choice of transfers from a forward part of a case, having beaten out the forelock from the external lever of the choice of transfers and having taken out it, to remove a sealant and the internal lever together with a lever knot axis.
24. To beat out a sealing ring of differential from a forward part of a case (a coupling case) and to take four aligning plugs.
25. To remove an external ring of the conic bearing of differential.
26. To unscrew bolts of the directing plug of the release bearing from a forward part of a case (a coupling case) and to take the plug together with laying.
27. To take a sealing ring of differential, and also an external ring of the conic bearing of differential (the second bearing of differential) from a middle part of a case of the transmission.
28. To clear the surfaces of connection of cases.
