8.1.11. Dismantling of the transmission
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the transmission on a desktop.
2. To remove a back cover.
3. To note the provision of a nave of the synchronizer 5 of transfer of rather sliding synchronizer coupling.
4. To include the 5th transfer and to take an axis of a fork of the 5th transfer.
5. For blocking of shaft to include by means of the selector two transfers at the same time.
6. To unscrew a nut of a main shaft (a 12-faced cap key of 28 mm).
7. To take knot a nave - the sliding coupling and a fork of the 5th transfer.
8. To remove a ball and a spring, and then to place on the appropriate place the sliding coupling on a nave.
9. To include the 5th transfer and to unscrew a nut of a secondary shaft (a 12-faced cap key of 28 mm).
10. For blocking of shaft to include by means of the selector two transfers at the same time.
11. To remove the sliding coupling and its nave, a gear wheel of the 5th transfer, its plug and a remote ring.
12. To remove a gear wheel of the 5th transfer of a secondary shaft.
13. To take a clamp of fastening of motionless axis 1-2 and 3-4 of transfers.
14. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the bearing.
15. To remove a spring ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft, to unscrew bolts of fastening of a case of the transmission, and then to remove a case.
16. To remove the magnetized plate.
17. To take a selector axis, to remove a spring ring together with laying and a round sealing ring.
18. To beat out a selector axis pin.
19. To turn on the reverse gear, and then to take an axis and a gear wheel of the reverse gear.
20. To take knot of gear wheels together with forks.
21. To take a frame of the reverse gear.
22. To unscrew three bolts of fastening of the directing plug of the release bearing, to remove the regulating laying and an external ring.
23. To remove a speedometer drive gear wheel together with the case, a lead, a round sealing ring and the regulating laying.
24. To remove the external case of differential, and then differential. To designate external rings concerning bearings.
25. To take special laying of an axis of the selector.
26. To remove a finger of the selector and the stopper closing an axis.
27. To clear the surfaces of connection of cases.
