Cooling system
The cooling system – the closed type, under pressure, includes the water pump with the drive from a gear belt, an aluminum radiator with a compound broad tank, the electric fan of cooling, the thermostat, system of heating devices, hoses and switches. The system functions as follows. Cold cooling liquid from the basis of a radiator passes through a hose to the pump and is pumped over via the main channels of the block of cylinders and oil heaters (if are available). After cooling of cylinders of the engine, combustion chambers and saddles of valves cooling liquid reaches a reverse side of the thermostat which is originally closed. Also cooling liquid passes through system of heating and comes back via the block of cylinders to the pump. At the cold engine cooling liquid circulates only via the block of cylinders, a head of the block of cylinders and system of heating. When cooling liquid reaches the predetermined temperature, the thermostat opens and cooling liquid passes through the top hose to a radiator. As cooling liquid circulates through a radiator, it is cooled with an air stream at the movement of the car or the radiator fan at the parking with the working engine. After achievement of the basis of a radiator cooling liquid is cooled and the cycle is repeated. The electric fan of the cooling system is operated a thermoswitch. At a certain temperature of cooling liquid the thermal sensor turns on the fan. Prevention
