GENERAL INFORMATION

Bolts of fastening of a cover of the thermostat, engine of 1,4 l

Bolts of fastening are specified by shooters.

Bolts of fastening of a cover of the thermostat, engine of 2,0 l

The bolt of fastening is specified by an arrow.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To merge the cooling system.
3. On some models to remove the air filter.
4. To weaken collars and to remove hoses from the thermostat.
5. To unscrew bolts and to uncover the thermostat.
	6. To take the thermostat together with round laying.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To place completely (having suspended on a thread) the thermostat in a vessel with water.

2. To heat water, at constant measurement of temperature. At achievement of the water temperature equal to temperature of the beginning of opening of the thermostat the valve of the thermostat has to begin to open and to open completely at achievement of temperature of full opening of the thermostat.

3. Temperatures of opening of the thermostat are specified in subsection 3.1.1, subsection 3.2.1, subsection 3.3.1.

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
