Check of a forward suspension bracket
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To lift a forward part of the car and to record on supports.
| 2. To check a condition of protective covers of hinges of equal angular speeds.
| 3. On cars with the amplifier of steering to check a condition of hoses and their connection.
|4. To shake a wheel in the vertical and horizontal planes for definition of a side play. In the presence of a side play to define its source.
||5. To continue to swing a wheel while the assistant presses a foot brake. If the side play disappears or considerably decreases probably hug bearings are worn-out. If the side play when pressing a pedal of a brake does not change, so there is a wear in suspension bracket elements.
|6. In the presence of a side play in the horizontal plane wear of spherical hinged connections of steering draft is possible.
Check of a back suspension bracket
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To lift a back part of the car and to record on supports.
| 2. To check bearings, plugs of a suspension bracket and installation of the shock-absorber for wear.
| 3. To check shock-absorbers for existence of leak of depreciation liquid.
|4. To install the car on the earth, and, pressing a body and sharply releasing it, to check operation of shock-absorbers. At normally working shock-absorbers the car has to shake only once, otherwise it is necessary to check a condition of shock-absorbers at the stand and, if necessary, to replace shock-absorbers.
