FUEL NOZZLE
Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove the air temperature sensor. |
|
2. Unscrew a cap nut of a fuel nozzle. |
|
3. To remove a fuel nozzle and the lower ring consolidation. |
|
4. At installation of a nozzle it is necessary that consolidation of round section and a head of a nozzle were in good shape. At the correct installation of a head of a nozzle nozzle pins (are specified by shooters) will join head clips that is noted "+" and "-" for identification. |

FUEL REGULATOR OF PRESSURE
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To take off pressure in fuel system. |
2. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
3. To uncover the air filter. |
4. To remove a spring and a diaphragm, noting their orientation. |

5. To remove a regulator casing, previously having noted its arrangement (screws of fastening of the regulator of pressure are specified by shooters). |

ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE IDLING MODE
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. To remove a bracket and to switch-off the socket from the engine. |

3. To unscrew screws (are specified by shooters) and to remove the engine of management of the idling mode. |

POTENTIOMETER OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE
The potentiometer of provision of a butterfly valve is non-demountable knot and at failure is subject to replacement.
THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF THE ARRIVING AIR
The sensor of temperature of the arriving air, integral part of a head of an injector.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. To remove the air filter. |

3. To unscrew three screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings of a plastic ring. |
|
4. To remove ring consolidation from a plastic ring. |
5. To wring out a bracket and to remove the socket from an injector. |
|
6. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a head of an injector (it is specified by an arrow) and to remove it together with the condensing ring. |
|
ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE (ECU)
ECU is located in a plastic box which is installed behind the accumulator.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To switch-off the accumulator. |
2. To remove a casing from a box, then to wring out a bracket and to switch-off the socket. |
3. To unscrew a nut and to remove the relay from a back part of ECU of a box. |
4. To unscrew screws and to remove ECU a box from the accumulator platform. |

RELAY OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL
The relay is installed behind ECU of a plastic box which is located directly behind the accumulator.
SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE BENT SHAFT
The sensor of a bent shaft is located on the transmission case face.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. To track an electrical wiring from the sensor to an electrical wiring connector and to disconnect it from the main plait. |
3. To unscrew a bolt of fastening and by means of the lever to take the sensor from the rubber condensing ring. |
