7.4. Replacement of a cable of coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If it is necessary, for improvement of access to pick up the air supply phone in the engine or the case of the air filter.
2. To remove the accumulator and the platform for fastening of the accumulator.
3. In a motor compartment to disconnect a cable from the coupling switching off lever.
4. To disconnect a cable cover from a transmission case (the drawing at the left), and on early models it will be necessary to remove a blocking bracket from a transmission suspension bracket (the drawing on the right). If necessary, completely to weaken a lock-nut and a nut of the regulator since the end of a cable of coupling.
5. In the car to remove the lower finishing of the dashboard and to disconnect plastic fastening of a cable to a coupling pedal.
6. To take a cover casing about a forward partition.
7. To release a cable from fastening brackets, to take a cable from a partition of a motor compartment and to remove from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To place a casing on a cover and to check whether the plug in a cover tip flute is well fixed.
2. To establish a cover in an opening of a forward partition and to hook on a cable with a coupling pedal.
3. To push against the stop a cover completely to place the basic plug on a cover tip.
4. To arrange a cable in front of the stabilizer of cross stability, away from hoses of a heater and hoses of the amplifier of steering.
5. To connect a cable to the angular intermediate lever about the transmission and to the coupling switching off lever.
6. To install the accumulator and to adjust the coupling pedal course as it is described in subsection 7.3.
