GENERAL INFORMATION

Initial installation of a butterfly valve


Starting position of a butterfly valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a cable of an accelerator and the switch of provision of a butterfly valve.
2. To weaken bolts of the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve, to turn the drive completely counterclockwise, then to tighten bolts.
Primary camera
3. To remove the cap (is specified by an arrow) closing the idling adjustment screw.
4. To install the probe 0,05 mm thick between the lever and the screw and to tighten the screw before contact with a probe edge. At the same time the lever of a butterfly valve should not be moved.
5. To remove a probe edge and to tighten the screw further turn on a quarter of a turn. To establish a new cap.
Secondary camera
6. To execute adjustment, as well as for primary camera, but using the secondary screw of regulation of a butterfly valve (it is specified by an arrow).
7. After completion of adjustment to tighten the screw of fixing of the secondary adjusting screw (it is specified by an arrow).

SWITCH OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve.
2. To weaken screws of fastening of the switch of a butterfly valve, to turn the switch counterclockwise and to tighten screws.

SENSOR OF EXTREME PROVISIONS OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE

Screws of fastening of the sensor of extreme provisions of a butterfly valve and number of contacts

And – fastening screws,

2, 3, 18 – numbers of contacts

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To unscrew screws of fastening of the sensor and to turn the sensor against the stop to the right and to slowly return back it (to the left) before its operation (click) then to tighten fastening screws.
2. To check correctness of adjustment of the mode of idling for what to remove the socket from the sensor and to measure resistance between contacts 2 and 18. At the closed butterfly valve resistance has to be equal 0 Ohms, and when opening the gate – infinity.
3. To check correctness of adjustment of the mode of full loading for what to measure resistance between contacts 3 and 18. At full opening of a butterfly valve resistance has to be equal 0 Ohms, and at return of the gate to a starting position – infinity.
4. At impossibility to adjust both functions of the sensor – to replace the sensor.
5. To connect the socket to the sensor.

FUEL HIGHWAY AND NOZZLES


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off pressure in fuel system.
2. To pick up the sensor phone on the regulator of pressure and to unscrew a bolt of fastening of the regulator.
3. To remove electric sockets from nozzles.
4. To unscrew fuel supply hoses.
5. To unscrew four bolts from the fuel highway.
6. Lifting up, to remove the highway.
7. To remove brackets of fastening of nozzles to the highway and to take them.
8. To check a condition of ring consolidations (are specified by shooters) and if necessary to replace them.
9. To clear tips of nozzles, applying the clearing liquid.
10. Pollution of tips of nozzles is characterized by the following signs:
      – difficult start of the hot engine;
      – constant stop of the engine;
      – difficult start of the cold engine;
      – the admission of ignition between 1000 and 2000 rpm;
      – loss of power.

FUEL REGULATOR OF PRESSURE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off pressure in fuel system.
2. To pick up the phone from the regulator.
3. To remove a fuel supply hose.
4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the regulator on a final collector and to remove the regulator from the fuel highway (are specified by shooters).

QUENCHER OF IMPULSES OF THE FUEL PUMP

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off pressure in fuel system.
2. To remove a hose of supply of fuel from a quencher of impulses of the fuel pump.
3. To unscrew a nut of fastening of a quencher of impulses and to remove it.

ADDITIONAL AIR DEVICE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect and remove the accumulator with a support.
2. To unscrew nuts of fastening of a water casing to a head of the block of cylinders.
3. To remove an electrical wiring and hoses from the air device.
4. For access to bolts of fastening of the air device to incline a water casing, to unscrew bolts and to remove the additional air device.

FUEL FILTER

The fuel filter is located under the car bottom, on the right side of the fuel tank.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clamp a hose of supply of fuel from the filter, to remove collars from hoses, and then to remove hoses from the filter. To weaken a nut of fastening of a bracket of the filter and to extend the filter from a bracket (shooters showed hoses of supply of fuel (A) and fastening of a bracket (B)).
2. At installation of the filter to pay attention to the direction of an arrow on the filter case which shows the direction of a stream of the fuel passing through the filter.
3. To install the new filter in a bracket and to fix by a nut then to establish collars and to remove a clip from a fuel hose.
4. To start the engine and to check connections of hoses with the filter for tightness.
