4.3.8. Elements of system of injection Bosch Motronic

 FUEL HIGHWAY AND NOZZLES

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To take off pressure in fuel system.
3. To pick up the sensor phone on the regulator of pressure and to unscrew a bolt of fastening of the regulator.
4. To remove electric sockets from nozzles.
5. To unscrew fuel supply hoses.
6. To unscrew four bolts from the fuel highway and, lifting up, to remove the highway.
7. To remove brackets of fastening of nozzles to the highway and to take them.
8. To check a condition of ring consolidations and if necessary to replace them.
9. To clear tips of nozzles, applying the clearing liquid.

POTENTIOMETER OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To weaken a bracket and to remove the socket from a potentiometer.
3. To unscrew two screws and to remove a potentiometer from an axis of a butterfly valve.

AUXILIARY PNEUMATIC VALVE OF SPEED OF IDLING

The auxiliary pneumatic valve is established from a reverse side of an inlet collector.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To weaken a bracket and to remove the socket from a pneumatic valve.
3. To remove vacuum hoses from an auxiliary pneumatic valve.
4. To take the valve from the rubber holder, having extended it aside.

THE SENSOR OF ABSOLUTE PRESSURE IN THE COLLECTOR

The sensor is located on the right side of a motor compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To unscrew a nut and to remove the sensor.
3. To remove the electric socket and a vacuum hose.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF THE ARRIVING AIR

The sensor of air temperature is screwed up in a cover of the air filter.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To remove the electric socket.
3. To unscrew the sensor and to remove it.

SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE BENT SHAFT

The sensor of a bent shaft is located on the transmission case face.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To track an electrical wiring from the sensor to an electrical wiring connector and to disconnect it from the main plait.
3. To unscrew a bolt of fastening and by means of the lever to take the sensor from the rubber condensing ring.
