4.1.11. Final collector

GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of laying on final canals on a head of the block of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. To disconnect a hose of supply of hot air in an engine power supply system from a final collector.
2. To unscrew screws and to remove a casing from the top part of a final collector.
3. To unscrew nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector, then to unscrew the bolt fixing a reception exhaust pipe to an installation suspension bracket. To disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a collector and to remove laying.
4. In the presence to weaken nuts and to exempt the amplifier of steering and a pipe of the cooling system from suspension brackets.
5. To unscrew nuts of fastening of a final collector to a head, to remove a collector and laying.

Installation on the former place

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal, taking into account the next moments:
      – to check racks of a final collector for wear and corrosion;
      – to check that the interfaced surfaces of a collector and a head pure and dry. To establish new laying of a collector and the collector and to tighten fastening nuts the required moment;
      – to connect a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector.
