Start of the cold engine
The air gate is closed owing to work of the element extending under the influence of heat. During start discharge of the engine causes intensive absorption of fuel at the reduced amount of air. After start of the engine the vacuum starting arrangement, influencing the traction mechanism, causes a priotkryvaniye of the air gate. The butterfly valve is a little slightly opened (additional opening) so that to receive idling with the increased speed of rotation of the engine.
During warming up of the engine the element extending under the influence of heat heats up cooling liquid and to a lesser extent influences the starting arrangement.
The butterfly valve is closed, fuel arrives through the main fuel jet and reaches a fuel jet of idling where forms mix with air. The amount of the given mix can be regulated by the screw of composition of mix.
The special crack (opening of so-called smooth transition) allows to avoid sudden impoverishment of mix during a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve of 1 camera.
In the 2nd camera the system of smooth transition feeds a special contour. The tube supplied with a jet is shipped in the float-operated camera. On its end in a cover the special air jet gives air, and mix reaches the place of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve. The second camera has no system of idling.
Fuel moves via the needle valve in the float-operated camera in which the float established on an axis operates opening of the needle valve so that to support the constant level of fuel. Fuel goes out of the float-operated camera through the main fuel jet and moves in a well. The first camera is open, fuel is soaked up and mixes up with air in emulsion tubes. Mix moves to the diffuser where there is a dispersion. The same process happens also in the second camera when its butterfly valve is open.
During opening of a butterfly valve of the first camera the cam established on its axis pushes the lever influencing by means of the pusher supplied with a shock-absorbing spring a pump diaphragm. Fuel is injected (at the same time in two cameras) through a spray. During closing of a butterfly valve in the camera of the pump fuel from the float-operated camera is sucked in. Ball returnable the valve divide contours of suction and pumping.
