Prevention
During the work of brake shoes brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy is formed. Therefore when cleaning brake shoes not to use compressed air and not to inhale dust.
At installation it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening of the directing finger.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To lift a back part of the car and to record on supports. |
2. To remove the corresponding back wheel. |
3. Using a G-shaped clip, to press a brake hose. |
4. To remove brake shoes. |
5. To purify dirt around connection of a brake tube and a support, then to weaken fastening of a brake hose to a support. |
6. To remove a protivopylevy cover by means of the lever, then to unscrew the lower bolt of fastening of the directing support finger, at the same time it is necessary to hold from a provorachivaniye the directing finger the second key. |
7. To remove a support and to unscrew it from a brake hose. |
8. To close traffic jams a brake hose and an opening in a support. |

Repair
Repair of a back support is similar to repair of a forward support (see subsection 12.10).
Removal of air from a support
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Prevention
This operation has to be executed every time when the support understood or from it brake fluid merged.
|
1. To repeatedly connect a brake hose to a support and to tighten a connecting nut. |
2. To establish a jack under the right lever of a back suspension bracket and to lift the lever to exclude influence of the regulator of pressure upon work of back brakes. |
3. To establish a support vertically, with the pumping union above, and holding it in this situation to remove air from a support. |
4. To arrange a bar 20,0 mm thick between the piston of a support and a support (i.e., in the situation which is usually occupied by brake shoes) that the piston did not leave a support. |

5. To remove a clip from a brake tube, then to connect a transparent hose the union of pumping and a bottle and using one of methods of pumping to remove air from a support (1 – the pumping union, 2 – a bar). |
6. To press a brake pedal so far the piston of a support will not contact with a bar. |
7. To partially unscrew the pumping union and to remove a bar from a support. |
8. To move the support piston into a support opening, pressing the piston and turning it clockwise. |
9. To tighten the union of pumping and to remove a transparent hose from the pumping union. |
10. To lower a jack and to take it from under the car. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To screw a support on a brake hose. |
2. To clear a carving of bolts of the directing fingers and to cover them with means against unscrewing (Loctite Frenetanch). |
3. To establish a support and to screw in the lower bolt of fastening of the directing finger, tightening it the required moment. |
4. To install a protective head on the directing plugs. |
5. To tighten a connecting nut the required moment. |
6. To establish brake shoes. |
7. To remove a clip from a brake hose. |
8. To remove air from the brake system. |
9. To establish a wheel and to lower the car. |
