3.1.2.1.4. Pulleys of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To weaken and take off a driving belt of the generator.
3. To remove casings of a driving belt of the camshaft.
4. By means of a bolt of a pulley to turn a bent shaft so that to establish elements of the drive of gas distribution in the situation allowing to record them cores.
	5. To weaken a tension of a gear belt and, if necessary, to remove the belt tension mechanism (in the drawing the automatic mechanism of a tension for models 1580 ^{of cm3} and 1905 ^cm3 with 8 valves is represented).
6. To remove the blocking cores from pulleys, to take off a gear belt.
	7. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft, holding a pulley from a provorachivaniye the special tool and to remove a pulley. To check for tightness (on existence of smudges) forward consolidation of the camshaft.
8. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft, at the same time to hold a pulley from a provorachivaniye, having recorded an engine flywheel and to remove a pulley together with a spline. If the engine is installed in the car, it is possible to record a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye, having included the 4th transfer and having pressed a brake pedal. To check for tightness (on existence of smudges) forward consolidation of a bent shaft.
9. Installation of pulleys is made in the sequence, the return to removal then it is necessary to make adjustment of a tension of a gear belt.
