3.3.12. Assembly of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assembly it is necessary to clear all details and to check their state.
2. To degrease all details of a head of the block of cylinders.
3. To oil engine cores of valves, and then to insert valves into the corresponding guides.
4. To insert the lower cups of springs of valves.
5. To put on new maslootrazhatelny caps cores of valves, to oil them engine and to press caps on guides of valves.
6. To insert springs of valves and the top cups of springs.
7. To squeeze in turn each spring of the valve by means of the corresponding adaptation and to insert crackers. After removal of adaptation to check correctness of installation of crackers of each spring of the valve.
8. To oil engine nests of bearings of the camshaft in a head of the block of cylinders.
9. To insert the camshaft into nests of a head of the block of cylinders.
10. To insert a sealing ring of the camshaft by means of special Peugeot adaptation (adaptation 0132T), and also the plate holding the camshaft and to tighten a plate bolt the moment of 15 Nanometers.
11. To establish inlet and final collectors.
12. To screw the case of the thermostat and to install the thermostat.
13. To screw in in a head of the block of cylinders of a spark plug the moment 17,5 Nanometers.
14. To establish an ignition distributor arm.
15. To install the ignition coil, the fuel pump and the distributor of ignition.
