| 1. Remove branch pipes of removal of vapors of oil, and also a hose of cooling liquid. |
| 2. Remove a receiver and an arm for rise in the XUD 9 engine. |
| 3. Remove the generator and a belt. |
| 4. Remove the pulley fixed on the end of the camshaft, the pump and a belt. |
| 5. In THOSE XUD 7 engines remove an inlet collector, a turbocompressor and a final collector. |
| 6. Remove the casing of the drive and a basic element placed on central to a bolt. |
| 7. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft and the lower plastic casing. |
| 8. Unscrew glow plugs. |
| 9. Turn a bent shaft of the engine to the provision of the gas distribution allowing to block elements of system: openings in pulleys of a bent shaft and the fuel filter have to be in the situation corresponding to the provision of the openings with a carving executed behind pulleys. |
10. Insert the blocking bolts 7.0153 G and screw up them a hand (see rice. Way of fixing of elements of the drive of the camshaft):
– screw in one long bolt in a camshaft pulley;
– screw in two short bolts in a pulley of the fuel pump. |
| 11. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft and the central nut of fastening of the fuel pump. |
12. Release a tension roller of a belt of the drive, unscrewing a nut (1, see rice. Adjustment of a tension roller of a gear belt) of a bolt of an axis and bolt (2):
– press on a tension roller in the place (3) by means of a square key 9,53 mm (3/8" junior Fac) for compression of a spring. |
| 13. Put a bolt and the clamp. |
| 14. Take off a gear belt. Not to bend a gear belt. It should not have contacts with oil, water, cooling liquid and lubricant. |
| 15. Remove the fuel pump of high pressure and a pulley of the pump. |
| 16. Remove pulleys of distributive and cranked shaft. |
| 17. Remove the pump of cooling liquid and a sealant (5 bolts). |
| 18. Unscrew the top bolt and a nut of an axis of a tension roller. |
| 19. Shoot a tension video, a pusher and a spring. |
| 20. Remove an arm of the engine and a roller. |
| 21. Remove an arm of the fuel pump and two directing pins of installation of an arm on the block of cylinders of the engine. |
| 22. Remove a casing of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders of the engine. |
| 23. Unscrew a bolt and remove a basic element about a collector. |
| 24. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 25. Unscrew serially covers of bearings of the camshaft and remove the camshaft. Covers of bearings are designated from 1 to 3 (No. 1 from a flywheel). |
| 26. Release bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders "on a spiral", beginning outside (the return sequence in relation to screwing up). |
| 27. Take bolts and washers. |
| 28. By means of the lever incline the engine for extraction of a pin forward. |
| 29. Remove a head of the block of cylinders and laying. |
| 30. Remove a flywheel. |
| 31. Turn the engine. |
| 32. Remove the oil pallet. |
| 33. Uncover consolidation from the drive of gas distribution and remove paper laying. |
| 34. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of the oil pump. |
| 35. Remove the chain and an asterisk with a spline fixed on the end of a bent shaft. |
| 36. Uncover rods, designate their order and a way of fastening. |
|
37. Uncover radical bearings and inserts, and also persistent half rings. |
| 38. Take a bent shaft. |
| 39. Take sets a rod piston. |
| 40. Remove the inserts with a flute installed in the block of cylinders of the engine. |
|
41. Unscrew traffic jams of oil channels (1), and also the oil pressure sensor. Clear oil channels. Establish traffic jams and the sensor. |
| 42. In a set a rod piston remove a spring ring of fastening of a finger and take a finger. |
| 43. In THOSE XUD 7 engines remove a nozzle of supply of oil for cooling of pistons. |
|
44. Carefully clear all oil channels. |
