Measurement of a tightness of the bearing of a main shaft – measurement of a flange of the directing plug of the release bearing


Measurement of a tightness of the bearing of a main shaft – measurement of distance between an external ring of the bearing and the surface of connection of a case

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the directing plug of the release bearing. In case of detection of wear tracks, it should be replaced.
2. To establish laying 8.0317 K 2,4 mm thick behind the directing plug of the release bearing. To fix the directing plug, observing the necessary moments of screwing up.
3. To measure by a depth gage landing of the bearing concerning a case surface, and also a flange of the directing plug of the release bearing without its consolidation. For definition of a tightness of the bearing it is necessary to calculate a difference and to the received value to add 0,03 mm (thickness of paper consolidation).
4. To replace a sealing ring of the directing plug of the release bearing (a shaft of 8.0317 N).
5. To establish laying of the calculated thickness, consolidation and the directing plug. To tighten three bolts the moment of 12,5 Nanometers.
6. To fix draft of switching off of coupling, the release bearing and, for prevention of movement which can complicate installation of the transmission, attach thirst for a case.
