3.2.13.4. Installation of a head of the block of cylinders

GENERAL INFORMATION

Identification of laying of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the surface of connection by means of "Decaploc 82". It is not necessary to use abrasive means and sharp tools.
2. Make sure that the surface of connection has no scratches and traces from blows.
3. Check planeness of a surface of connection of a head of the block of cylinders with the block of cylinders. In case of need this surface can be pereshlifovat.
4. By means of the indicator of hour type measure a vystupaniye of pistons over the surface of the block of cylinders.
5. By means of the indicator of hour type measure installation of the middle of each piston. The maximum admissible difference between two pistons makes 0,12 mm. The greatest measured value determines thickness of laying of a head of the block of cylinders which should be used. Laying of a head of the block of cylinders is designated by special cuts.
6. Pick up thickness of laying of a head of the block of cylinders.
7. Check whether there is a camshaft in the blocked situation in order that valve of the block of cylinders No. 1 and No. 4 were completely closed (install the cogged pulley of the camshaft and screw in the blocking screw).
8. Degrease (remove all traces of lubricant) and drain openings under bolts of a head of the block of cylinders.
9. The engine has to be blocked. A tap of M12x150 clean a carving in openings of the block of cylinders of the engine and clear them a current of air.
10. Establish the directing pin on the surface of connection of the block of cylinders of the engine.
11. Establish laying of a head of the block of cylinders (only one situation).
12. Establish a head of the block of cylinders.
13. Grease bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders (under heads and on a carving) means of "Molykote G Rapid", insert new laying by a convex surface up. Establish bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
14. Screw up bolts of a head of the block of cylinders, adhering to the following instructions:
      – at first screw up according to the sequence (see rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and placement of valves) moment of 30 Nanometers;
      – screw up according to the sequence the moment 70 Nanometers;
      – tighten according to the sequence on a corner 120 °.
15. If it is necessary, then it is necessary to adjust a gap of valves and to replace a sealing ring of the camshaft.
16. Screw in bolts (2) and (3) tension roller and an arm of the engine.
17. On the end of the camshaft install the cogged pulley together with a spline and screw up the blocking bolt (it should be screwed up a hand).
18. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the cogged pulley the moment of 35-40 Nanometers.
19. Establish a gear belt of the drive of the camshaft.
20. Establish the left bracket of raising of the engine.
21. Connect an exhaust pipe.
22. Install in the THAT XUD 7 engine an inlet collector and the right holder.
23. Connect hoses of cooling liquid, fuel, electric connections. Connect on the pump draft of idling with the increased speed.
24. Establish a belt of a servonasos of the amplifier of steering system (depending on equipment) and pull it.
25. Turn a bent shaft of the engine and, in case of need, fill up amount of cooling liquid to necessary level.
26. Adjust idling with the increased speed.
